3. Eligibility Requirements

Participants must:

We may refuse service if a student is impaired, unfit to drive, or violates safety policies.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

4.1 Payments

All payments must be completed before lessons begin unless otherwise specified. We accept the payment methods listed on our website.

4.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled session (customize as needed).
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full lesson fee.
  • Road test packages, third-party fees, or booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion and may be subject to processing fees. Completed lessons are non-refundable.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

  • Arrive on time with required documents (license/permit).
  • Follow all driving laws and safety instructions.
  • Behave respectfully toward instructors and staff.
  • Not attend lessons under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or impairing medications.

Failure to comply may result in cancellation of lessons without refund.

6. Instructor Availability & Scheduling

Lesson scheduling is subject to instructor availability. We will make reasonable efforts to honor preferred dates, but we cannot guarantee specific time slots.

Weather conditions, vehicle issues, or emergencies may require rescheduling lessons.

7. Road Test Services

If we assist with road test preparation or scheduling:

  • We cannot guarantee a passing result.
  • Transportation to/from testing sites may have restrictions or additional fees.
  • Students are responsible for bringing all required documents.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise its performance.
  • Copy or reproduce any content without permission.
